2017 winter was examplary as the vine could rest properly. Budburst happened earlier than 2015 to result in harvest 15 days early. The vines were rested, healthy and eager to produce great fuits. The summer was particulary exceptional like in Burgundy. It allowed a natural concetration thanks to an optimized maturity. The vinification were under surveillance and didn't need extra intervention. An age worhty and ready to drink collector vintage. Bottled in June 2019.
