RETURNS
10 DAY RETURN POLICY – UNUSED PRODUCTS ONLY
Returns are only accepted within 10 days of the date your order is shipped. To return your wine, please contact us at customerservice@Celeriers-cellar.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Celeriers-cellar.com will not cover return shipping fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
If you receive your wine and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at customerservice@Celeriers-cellar.com within three days of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
Geographic Restrictions
We provide this Website for use only by persons located in the United States. We make no claims that the Website or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to the Website may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Website from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions
BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU AND COMPANY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO WAIVE CERTAIN RIGHTS TO LITIGATE DISPUTES IN COURT, TO RECEIVE A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR AS A CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLAIM ON A CLASS OR CONSOLIDATED BASIS OR IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. YOU AND COMPANY BOTH AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT A CONSOLIDATED, CLASS-WIDE OR REPRESENTATIVE BASIS AND THE ARBITRATOR SHALL HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO PROCEED WITH AN ARBITRATION ON A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE BASIS. THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD INJUNCTIVE RELIEF ONLY IN FAVOR OF THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY SEEKING RELIEF AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY TO PROVIDE RELIEF WARRANTED BY THAT PARTY’S INDIVIDUAL CLAIM. IF FOR ANY REASON THE ARBITRATION CLAUSE SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS OF USE IS DEEMED INAPPLICABLE OR INVALID, OR TO THE EXTENT THE ARBITRATION CLAUSE ALLOWS FOR LITIGATION OF DISPUTES IN COURT, YOU AND COMPANY BOTH WAIVE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ANY RIGHT TO PURSUE OR TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR AS A CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLAIM ON A CLASS OR CONSOLIDATED BASIS OR IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY.
Any arbitration between you and the Company will be settled under the Federal Arbitration Act, and governed by the Commercial Dispute Resolution Procedures and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes (collectively, “AAA Rules”) of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), as modified by these Terms, and will be administered by the AAA. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this binding arbitration agreement.

REFERral program TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Celeriers-cellar.com Referral Program allows customers to share their enthusiasm for Celerier’s Cellar wines with others.
The Referral Program is available to legal residents of the United States over the age of 21. You can sign up for the Referral Program by registering online at [website]. After you register, you can refer up to 25 people on any given day and you up to 500 participants in total. After you input names, you will receive a unique referral link to share with others. Link recipients must complete the referral as described in the email.
You will receive a Reward Credit (of up to 5%) for each qualifying purchase by a person that you refer. The Reward Credits will be deposited in your Celeriers-cellar.com online account within five days of the qualifying purchase and can be used toward the purchase of Celeriers-cellar.com products and merchandise. Reward Credits cannot be applied to shipping fees and taxes. Rewards are subject to verification and Celeriers-cellar.com may refuse to issue Reward Credits that do not comply with the Terms and Conditions.
Reward Credits have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. They are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold.
You will not receive credit for referring yourself. If you create multiple or fictitious accounts, Celeriers-cellar.com will deactivate your account and will not receive credit for any referrals. Participation is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Celeriers-cellar.com or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or promotional agencies are not able to participate.
The personal information collected, processed and used as part of the Referral Program will be used in accordance with Celeriers-cellar.com’s Privacy Statement, which is available at https://celerierscellar.myshopify.com/policies/privacy-policy.
