Certified HVE, mechanical plowing on 1 row out of 2 to stress the vines to grow their roots in deeper layers of sediments. No weedkiller. Biodiversity. Sustainable agriculture with little intervention, completely adapted to each vintage. Use of only organic compounds. Pruning by hand, harvest done by hand and mechanical.
Full cluster, mechanical selection followed by a second one done by hand, skin contact maceration, cold static settling, cold fermentation at 18°C, racking at the end of maceration and re-suspending the lees, 6 month aging on the lees, fermentation in stainless steel, followed by aging in 1 wine oak barrels for 6 to 8 month. Vegan wine, use of only vegetal compound for clarification.

2020, like 2019, was a traditional, and fantastic, Bordeaux vintage. Winter was cold enough to rest the plants, while the rains replenished the soil’s water reserves. Spring was perfectly balanced and dry, preventing any disease and fungus. Summer was warm and slightly dry and allowed the fruits to be harvested at pick maturity without any problems. A fantastic vintage where quality and quantity were exceptional!

Gravel soil, oceanic climate with high igrometrie yet with very good airing.
