2017 in Burgundy was an ideal vintage. Early blooming, spring brought the right amount of humidity without excess. A Warm and dry summer without excess either. Harvest by hand early thanks to an early maturity of the fruits. A rare vintage that can be both consumed now and chave a long aging potential thanks to the ideal level of acidity.
Côtes de Nuits, Bourgogne, France
Steep slop, upper layer of middle Oxfordian limestone on top of rich Clay limestone soil with a high density of rocks.
