The prestige cuvée of brothers Rémi & Luc Bayon de Noyer, named in tribute to their grandmother and built around old-vine Mourvèdre.
Deep and generous, with ripe black cherry, plum and red berries layered with cedar, vanilla and warm spice. Oak aging brings depth and polish without losing the freshness that defines the estate’s Rhône wines. The palate is ample and concentrated, with elegant tannins and savory touches of leather, licorice and spice developing toward the finish.
A serious Côtes-du-Rhône with both immediate richness and the structure to evolve beautifully in the cellar.
Pair with braised beef, lamb, game, Provençal stews or other slow-cooked dishes.
