Certified HVE (sustainable agriculture). Pruning Gobelet for Syrah and Cordon de Royat for Grenache done by hand, all short for smaller yeild and bring more natural concentration. Cane shipped on site to turn into nautral fertilizer. Plowing both mechanical and by hand. Tying up, disbudding and leaves removal done by hand and adapted. No green harvest. Minimal to no intervention thanks to the heavy work done by hand and good aeration brought by Mistral wind. Hand and mechanical harvest.
Destemmed and pressed. Traditional maceration and natural acoholic fermentation with indigineous yeast for 21 days at 25°: cap-punching twice a day in open vats, daily pump over. Stactic settling. Malolactic fermentaion in 4-5-6 wine french oak barrels for 18 month. Clarified with diatomeus earth and bottled.

Rhône Valley
The 2023 vintage in Séguret began under unusually dry winter skies, leaving vines with limited water reserves but a clean, disease-free start. Spring arrived hesitantly, with cool conditions slowing early growth, before generous rains in May and June revived the soils—though not without bringing intense mildew pressure that demanded careful vineyard work. Flowering followed under warmer conditions, setting a promising crop. Summer then turned decisively hot and dry, with an August heatwave pushing ripeness while testing the vines’ resilience. Fortunately, cooler nights helped preserve freshness and balance in the grapes. Occasional late-summer showers provided just enough relief to avoid excessive stress. Harvest unfolded calmly over a long window, allowing growers to pick at optimal maturity. In the end, 2023 is a vintage of contrasts, yielding wines that combine ripe, generous fruit with a welcome lift of freshness and supple structure.
