This collection was built with one guiding principle: expressing terroir through the lens of spring.
In wine, terroir reflects how climate, soil, and landscape shape the character of each bottle . For this case, we focused on regions and styles that naturally come alive in the spring season—where freshness, energy, and drinkability meet depth and authenticity.
The selection follows a deliberate progression:
- Start with vibrancy → crisp whites from cooler climate and a lively rosé sparkling
- Introduce texture and complexity → Rhône blends and a skin-contact Muscat
- Finish with elegance and structure → reds that range from light and lifted to more structured, food-driven wines
The goal is to mirror how we actually drink in spring—lighter, fresher wines at the start of the season, with enough depth to carry into cooler evenings and food-driven occasions.
This balance of classic regions and one distinctive “sommelier discovery” wine (skin-contact Muscat) makes the case both approachable and memorable.
